Center for Southeast Asia (CSEA) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic aims to facilitate mutually beneficial internships between Singapore students and startup ecosystems around the world. The Global Entrepreneurial Internship (GEI), nurtures polytechnic and university students who aspire to be entrepreneurs and are keen in developing their entrepreneurial skills.

The overseas internship duration ranges from 3 to 12 months, depending on the requirements of participating institutions. Students intern in major innovation hubs such as Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Jakarta, Manila, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Hyderabad, Dubai, Helsinki, London, Silicon Valley, and Sydney.
